Direct Connection Property
Service started operations in 1999 as an independent residential letting
agent. Since the property market grew stronger the opportunity was taken
by the company directors to fully commit to increasing the size of the
business and after its first year DC opened its office on Birchfield Road.
The aim was to provide strictly letting and property management services
for landlords in Birmingham. The office location brought many advantages
as many landlords had properties in the area and there was no shortage of
people looking for accommodation.
Because of its location and
success, Direct Connection won a contract by Birmingham City Council to
provide accommodation to many of its clients. Operations grew further as
14 staff were further employed to handle the increase in business. DC
provided services such as support, interpreting and accommodation to city
clientele.
With all the knowledge from
previous business experience and property rentals - Direct Connection
looks forwards to further developing its services. We have now started a
professional Sales & Letting service with staff to help both ends of the
clientele with their needs and requirements.
Within the first week of
service we experienced over a 200 calls just on putting for sale and
letting boards up on five of the many properties we have in service!
